1. Acceptance of these terms
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Dhree Architects, an architecture and interior design studio based in Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information you share with us. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. What the Site is for
The Site presents the studio’s work — projects, people and publications — and provides a way to get in touch about a commission. It is an informational portfolio: it has no user accounts, sells nothing, and processes no payments. Nothing on the Site constitutes architectural, engineering or other professional advice; advice is only given under a signed engagement for a specific project.
3. Intellectual property
All photography, drawings, renders, written content, branding and project descriptions on the Site are the property of Dhree Architects or are used with permission — some project photography is credited to the photographers and collaborators who produced it. You may view and share links to the Site freely, but you may not reproduce, distribute, republish or create derivative works from this material without prior written consent. Requests for image use can be sent to dhreearchitects@gmail.com.
4. Project information
Project case studies, timelines, areas and locations are published for illustrative purposes. They reflect the state of the work at the time of publication and may not capture later changes made by owners or others. Past work does not constitute a commitment to deliver identical outcomes, timelines or costs on new commissions — every project is scoped and agreed separately.
5. Enquiries and submissions
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy. By sending an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and is yours to share. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side — that begins only when an engagement is agreed in writing. Please don’t send confidential material through the form before an engagement is in place.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, probing or disrupting its operation, scraping its content for republication, or using the contact form to send spam, automated submissions or unlawful material. We may block access from sources engaged in such activity.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services — our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and Google Maps for directions to the studio. Dhree Architects is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep its content accurate and the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current, and we may change, suspend or remove content at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhree Architects will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Professional services are governed by the terms of their own engagement agreements, not by these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, if the Site gains new features. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
